The questions were asked and the answer seemed most appropriate. CTP does not have the drilling partners to move ahead with Dukas and other helium so are trying to capitalise on the fields they have. once they can get greater certainty around the cost of drilling dukas and other fields plus having a better understanding of the income stream due to the new qld agreement they will be in a more appropriate place to look at potential dividends.
