After last Thursday's Melbourne presentation we now know that CEO is seeking finance from very keen European off takers.
We learnt that he is not seeking government finance as process is too time consuming and requires too much preparation and dealing with many govt arms.
Since then there has been a recent move by the US govt to expedite process for critical metals explorers/miners (recent Fin Review article).
The issue is too important for the West.

Perhaps best candidate for such funds
