Is that link about a marinised 30-40mm RWS or something else?
The UAE contract was renegotiated a while ago if I recall so EOS didn't have to wait for payment while trucks needed to be delivered so the RWS could be installed. Yes the initial contract was not well thought out in that regard, deferring any payment while the client was waiting for items beyond EOS control.
