Looks like they are chasing something very hard (and hopefully big) at Dalcoath. While the first few shallow holes were average grades, the widths were very decent. I expect grade to improve at depth there like Spur but there are to guarantees. What encourages me is they have drilled enough holes across this patch to know what they are chasing in terms of chips in the bag. Grade is still unknown but they can still see the mineral types, colouration, alteration etc. if the geos now have their eye in. Arguably they would also have a very broad view on grade by the vein density compared to other assayed holes nearby.
Also worth noting hole extensions to 300m hopefully mean steeper angles to pick up the whole deeper width rather than the last metres wasted out the other side of the lode. This hopefully leads to higher copper grades down hole and we could even jag the top of one of the porphyry’s with some luck.
