Steve, agree with your concerns about the Board/Cronin and the so called dividend policy.

I don’t think we ever got a satisfactory explanation regarding that ludicrous dividend last year. Why was it paid just before having to raise capital. Why such a small amount ? Hardly seemed worth it.

It makes me wonder whether our Chairman may have borrowed to finance his shares and needed some cash to pay interest. Just a thought, I have seen it happen with other companies in the past.

But putting that to one side, I like Mal and thinks he is doing a good job, certainly a better job than his predecessor. The product (access) is plainly good and I do think that the likes of Telstra and other Telecoms will see value in it as a way of monetising their cable infrastructure.
