When you sack the board with 45m+ in the bank and put the reason being share dilution and CR, you better have a pretty concrete plan to get to CF+ without a CR.
You cannot tell me 12 months of cash burn, insurance coverage critical mass silence (no reason given why no work is progressing with this-nothing to do with sales), momentum lost in all facets. At the bare minimum the strike price for their performance options should be at the level at which they started. 7c?
What do you mean sales growth over a few quarters? we got money in the bank for 4 quarters of which 1 is already gone.
Happy to be proven wrong but that CR talk last call really peaked me. Happy to see the green shoots. But as others have said it would take exponential sales to get us over the line. Surely there is a better way than 2-3 sales at a time?
