we have to stand before we walk before then can run.. the thing that we are all yet to learn is just how quick sales can accelerate as no data on anything up till now should be used to project .. in less than 6 months PB and MG etc have reworked the entire Co and results to come will be based upon all of this.. not what we have seen to date.. PB said 44%of staff are now customer facing.. and they had to employ another just to do the contracts/paperwork.. "too many" contracts being done now ..???

as the medical education continues and builds throughout medical world.. sales a qtr .. even if they do 1 a week x 10 sales reps x 12 weeks in a qtr.. thats 120.. aspirational number but also not a huge stretch..??

the groundwork for it all is now done and being run.. up to the newbies to show what they can do... qtr on qtr build from here see what that gives..
