I don't share your gift for engineering, but I do teach English and I can't fathom your linguistic nterpretation. There is a new expansion plan which is "initially targetting Victoria". How does the fact that a prior plan also targetted Victoria make that untrue? Can their be any need for clarification, when the "initial plan" was rolled out 16 years ago?
Rajiv Jain, founder and highly successfuly major shareholder at GQG is not on the board; he's happy to be CIO and leave admin and politics to others so he can focus on his strengths. So plough makes a good point. Wouldn't you be better to seek a senior R and D position; being on the board is clearly untenable given the interpersonal issues.
