Grasshopper, don’t worry about Snave, he’s not captain of the team by long shot. You have a right to discuss issues & I believe Directorial responsibility and ability are central to a companies performance. The duration of a NED has its pluses & minuses - that’s assuming quality ability and experience across a broad range of disciplines.
The negative is the the stifling of fresh ideas which board refreshment brings. And in your case I am assuming you have fresh ideas based upon your looking at matters from a distance, but with certain additional ‘in the trenches’ knowledge which an ordinary shareholder might not have. That’s what I am interested in understanding.
I agree with Snave that if it is a tit-for-tat, personal family squabble, then yeah, that’s a different matter…but if you are saying, hey, management are running this towards the rocks…let’s hear the ‘reverse side of the coin’ story.
From my perspective, the gloss has come off the LBL story - promises haven’t been met, the potential isn’t showing up year on year. WHY?
