    Agree, something binding is needed to improve the SP. The off take LOI, line of credit and loans etc. are good and make investment/finance attractive to institutions to fund phase 1, and to lock in off take agreements.

    GBE must insure that the BFS is completed early ‘25 and not pushed back time and time again. Then IMO we’ll see a flurry of progress and announcements.
