Plenty of incentive to get the SP up without dilution! I do think that is the plan and that they are working hard on getting deals across the line.
Problem is that some else has to make the call to invest. That is the fundamental problem with a "cap light" model.
Does anyone here remember Bluegen? CSIRO developed LPD fuel cell - great technology, great story, great commercial opportunity. Always under-capitalised and they could never get a partner and ended in administration. Someone bought the IP and it is being commercialised internationally. Cold comfort for the investors who got it off the ground. Redflow recently went into administration and will likely be the same story.
I think the next 6 months are absolutely critical to ensure Hazer does not become another Bluegen!
