You make sense!
You obviously are not paying attention to the announcements and the significance of them, or the numbers that are providing you with a clear path way of what is actually coming.
You seem to be living in the past, which will bite you on the nose!
Your statement: "Huge gap between revenue and expenses.Over 2-3 quarters the big gap slowly became smaller but never closed. Yeh, we are on the right pathway. Then a new "Big Vision", acquisition of businesses which will lift SPX to Stardom. More staff onboarded.Again huge gap but we've been promised all will be good. Then delays, unexpected problems.....But, over a few quarters, the gap narrowed a bit.But instead to concentrate to get to CF+, which would put SPX into the next higher league and would mean better funding options he comes up with another big vision like today."
I will prove why you have no idea about we actually sit right now!
We have one product just announced:
If Spenda’s plans with Capricorn are successful, the potential annual revenue could look like this:
1. Recurring SaaS Revenue from DSD Platform: $100,000 per month = $1.2 million per year.
2. SwiftStatement Subscriptions:• SwiftStatement has a target to reach 50% adoption among Capricorn’s 30,000 members, which would mean about 15,000 members.• Each member pays $99 per month, so at 15,000 members, that’s approximately $18 million per year in subscription revenue.
3. Platform License Fees: Capricorn agreed to pay Spenda a minimum of $1.4 million per year in platform license fees.
Adding these together:• Total Potential Annual Revenue = $1.2 million (DSD) + $18 million (SwiftStatement subscriptions) + $1.4 million (platform license fees) = $20.6 million per year. This $20.6 million annual revenue would be contingent on the target 50% adoption rate of SwiftStatement and the continued DSD platform use. This projection also does not include any additional revenue streams from potential new services Spenda might offer within the Capricorn network.
So we know this is what's coming next quarterly so far, not to mention much room for much more:
So Swift statement announcement they mention 1.4m licensing fee. Confirmed with the investors centre that's an annual fee and payable from launch. So that alone 1.9 + 1.4 is 3.3m.One would then add 1m for Lime pay gives 4.3m, then add 500k for DSD launch to give 4.8m.
Now let's add in the lsson deal of even the $700k per quarter that has been announced, not mentioned was is incoming sometime in November.
We have a known quarterly of 5.5m in stone!
If you or anyone else doesn't think that is actually coming, needs to contact the investor relation team ASAP.
Lsson deal about to grow substantially:
$200,000,000 per month suggested over 24 months.
However, the below image is directly from Lessn which states "aiming to hit $200m per month by EOFY25".
That's by end of June 25, umm that's 8 months away from now.....
That's not 24 months......
