    Takeaways fromtoday’s presentation

Greg took to stagefirst to give some general housekeeping and then introduce Simon toapprox 20 shareholders (yes it was a sell out as all seats taken bar1 – only a small room).

    A few comments fromGreg giving small snippets and insights as to why and what happenedwith Mo's end of tenure;

My take on this, reading between the lines is; Mo as clever as he is, took a moreuniversity approach using the funding we had to slowly progress (andon occasions getting bogged down on issues) as well as hiring similarminded ex-university personal rather than people form the real worldwith business experience bringing strategies and knowledge helping tobring a products to market. Which what we now have since bringingSimon on board earlier this year. Please remember that this was Mo'sfirst job having left Uni and did a great job in giving us theBio-chip and the 12CQ but we needed drive to move forward with speed.

New CEO – We“Archer” are commencing this process and I’d suggest havenames/candidates etc to be interviewed over the coming weeks. Againthis will be someone with the right expediences to assist bringingproducts to market as well as forming strategic partnerships etc.

Current SP andselling and current buying of shares; we have had a major seller (Iforgot at the time as to who that may be) but now its probablyobvious – Mo'..??? Note he would not need to declare once he's leftthe company.

Also Alice (exdirector) attended the meeting and ask questions of Simon, so I wouldassume she is still a holder and did not sell out as some on HCsuggested.

There has been othersellers obviously but we are now seeing new blood buying into thestock.

News flow; what weare seeing now is how the company wants to move forward incommunicating to the market - our progress on all fronts….

Expect news, lotsmore news over the coming weeks/months.

Current employees;as some previously alluded to, Martin left the company and returnedto Germany but has since returned to aus and is very well thought ofwithin Archer.

As a guide we nowhave approx 15 personal directly employed by Archer in ourEngineering Team and at least another 15 doing external workfor Archer. This team would need to grow with the success of ourtechnology. It also should be noted that as we bring this technologyto market our IP will increase dramatically, so expect many updateson this front.

Talking on IP –Greg made it very clear that 100% IP is Archers on the Bio-chip andSydney Uni/ Archer on the 12QC within the patent countries (allsigned sealed and delivered).

Cash flow andcapital raise – we have 2 years worth of cash flow in the bank. Weare also looking to get further Gov assistance on top of the 40%+rebate we receive back on our R&D costs. So no talk of a CR anytime soon.

Simon’spresentation – firstly I thought he spoke very well (very differentto Mo's) much more to the point and clearly has a pathway movingforward…. As for comments about his last interview (Chingy/HKP) iddefinitely buy shares having listened to him in person today (buthe's also not a salesman) lets leave that to the future CEO. May beI'll suggest a new mic for his next interview...lol

Defiantly the morepressing and first to market will be the “TMR Sensor”, this to mehas legs especially in the chronic Kidney disease (10% of thepopulation). See slides 10-12. They are also in direct (person on theground in China) with the fabrication of this sensor.

They will be talkingto prospective customers and targeting any gaps not filled by otherdevices. Clearly we may see some collaborative approach been takenand may be even a partnership particularly with someone with FDAapproval expertise as this may be too big to manage by ourselves.

Comments and updatesmade on the Quantum Tech and discussion especially the Nano Onions vPattenable Films – Simon will take us down the Pattanable Films andthis may allow us to collaborate with others using our tech. I thinkpreviously we had issues with suitable films which have since beenovercome. It should be noted that Simon has previous experience inthe field which again helps us moving forward. And obviously theQuantum sensing is helping with the TMR.

For those that havefollowed Archer for the past years – see the new addition to thefamily “Decarbonisation”. This is a new avenue which the companywill look to incorporate the12CQ into help pre determine weatherpatterns for wind and solar as well as transmission networks….thisis a couple of suggestions made by Simon.

Simon made it veryclear going down one path will open lane ways to many others.

Real partnerships Ibelieve are not to far away (they could be either with American orEuropean Companies) as these operate in much larger markets unlikeAustralia. As I've mentioned above this could help us with any FDAapproval. Also not as this devise does not enter the body theapproval time are a lot less 1-2 years.

Archer have statedthese partnership are in the pipeline and could be a huge catalysisfor a share price surge IMO (it may be what we are seeing now withinvestors taking an early position).

All in all, I cameaway from the meeting with a different take and understanding fromwhat I've seen before (FYI as much more positive one). Those of usthat got excited on the SP run we had 3-4 years ago should be moreexcited now as this will be based on real progress not pie in the skystuff.

I'm still verysurprised at the lack of HC talk over the past 2 months with allthese changes and positive announcements/presentations etc.. seemsto me people are still sitting on the fence and not willing to letthemselves get excited about Archers future..?

I hope this is ofsome assistance to those that can't attend the Melbourne and SydneyAGM (although I would encourage you to attend if you can). Excuse anyspelling and grammar mistakes – I'll never be an English teacher, maths is my subject...lol (and that’s Maths not Math…!)

Plus if any fellowshareholders wish to correct me on any of my takes above please feelfree to do so, as I say its only my take on what was said as well assome assumptions.

Just for disclosure - I actually picked up a handful of shares in my Sisters name today.!
