    Is it wrong for LAT to be referring to the CNB free carried interest as a "Joint Venture Agreement" when - to my knowledge - CNB refuse to acknowledge it as such.....?

    Is there another court case going on...?

    Did CNB wipe their arse with Wellman's request and toss it in the bin?
