    Let's not play semantics 13th.
    There is a binding heads of agreement - which I have acknowledged.
    There is NO Joint Venture agreement - which Toby Wellman has clearly acknowledged above, and as such has sought to rectify unsuccessfully.
    This lack of clarity is one of the many reasons why I am no longer invested here.
    This lack of a formal Joint Venture Agreement leaves the calculation of the current or potential asset value unascertainable from a LAT Sh'r perspective.
