Can I ask why animal studies would be required when we have human safety data from the completed pivotal trial? Surely human data carries more weight than animal data.
I agree that if FDA did require animal studies as part of 505(b)(2) pathway, this would be a red flag for the stated timelines. I was surprised to see animal studies listed in the Presentation.
