No problems- thus if this is all industry standard then it would be easy to put the information in the IPO and they could even put in a schedule of how much money and when it should be required. All we get is a never ending cycle of dilution at below our share price. To treat shareholders equally then I believe that a SPP should be offered as well in my opinion.
