Yep agreed. Disappointed would be an understatement. Basically reads as we are back to square one and the term sheet negotiations have fallen through.
He presented at this very conference last year and said there was heaps of interest. One year on absolutely no advancement. Now is just going to scream a bad deal as he gets desperate.
Like the language for the east to west but thats still only phase 1 so doubt that we will see any share value return till the results come out. So a year and by then we will have needed to have done a CR
