This chart series seems to be very fresh and draw on market data globally 24/24.
A drawback is the quote is in lb. The US and its closest allies Liberia and Myanmar are the only countries not metric, yet somehow the ROW has to converse in this measure.
If you have a better free source, I am all ears.
