You are very right with your opinions above and when you say:

This also applies to me when I think of TTM in particular. But I think we have now seen the low point in SP, after the gold price yesterday reached its all-time record high above the psychologically significant US$ 3,000 per ounce mark!
Silver and copper are also close to breaking their historic highs soon.
So why TTM's sp is lagging so far? I can't explain it.

They said: "Our Investment Titan Minerals (ASX:TTM), already has 3.1M ounces of gold and 22M ounces of silver in JORC resources at its main project in Ecuador.
TTM has 3 drill rigs on site right now and is targeting a major resource upgrade for the middle of this year."
Given the historically high prices of the three metals mentioned and the imminent resource upgrade, the lagging SP is completely incomprehensible to me.

Look at the value proposition in their article and you know, why I can't explain it. There is a very big disconnect in my opinion!

My hope is that larger investors than myself will recognize this gap and respond to the SP accordingly.
But I notice in passing that my other goldies such as VTX, MEK and since yesterday also AGR give me more joy on ASX.
