Exactly my thoughts. Why would I invest more money into the company to drive the SP higher when I know PAM have a free ticket to a ton of shares at 23c? I was honestly waiting for the warrants to expire before investing more money in the company. Like I said before, there are many lenders out there. What type of competitive review did SC complete or did he just use the easy option and call up Auntie PAM for more money? He's put another glass ceiling on the price for another two years and any future share issues over a certain % allotment will trigger a reprice mechanism of these warrants. It's a terrible deal in my opinion
