You must surely be the most trusting soul. A great attribute in life but not that helpful for investing
I have done well out of this. Been in since 1.9c after seeing MQG get in so I am happy to depart at any evidence of poor governance (its too early to judge on performance cause there is very little to speak of). Seeing a presentation that reads like a marketing pamphlet isn't really reassuring.
There is too much focus on what they might do in 5 years and not enough on what needs to be done and how TTT will fund it in the next 12 months. We as shareholders need to hold the Board to account and they in turn hold mgmt to account.
I've said it before that these times, when a company has a big pot of cash, are very dangerous, focus on costs and strategy tend to go out the window. This company under the previous mgmt are a great example.
Skeptical, cynical investors are best investors.
