The merger isn’t complete yet and the operation isn’t cashflow positive.. why would anyone want to take it over just yet?
PMT - have a big enough project and capex already and as a junior explorer, don’t have a balance sheet to be able to handle a takeover
PLS - already dealing with some m and a with Latin resources
RIO - deep into the industry already with their Arcadium acquisition, doubt they would want anything else to deal with given the current environment
