I contacted ICG regarding the potential CR as shown in bidder statement of 416m shares at0.006 to raise $2.5M and was told that no decision had been made whether existing SHs would be invited to participate.
I would be happy if professional SHs associated with directors took up the full allocation at 0.006c per share. Then would be able to plan a drill program.
My prediction is that CR will be aimed at Stunalara SHs and associates. No inside information for my prediction.
