Seems like 1ad is now essentially a shell company looking to start from scratch. They want to rid themselves of AD214.
They will have billions of shares on issue and won't have anywhere close to 100% ownership of AdCella. The East to West strategy has merit but the structure for poor old retail investors investing in AdAlta to have a smaller share in AdCella seems silly. If successful someone will make money but it will be the seed investors investing directly in AdCella. Too much opportunity cost here and shares on issue for me. Thoughts?
