Cant imagine too many in the top 20 are offering support if they have had to extend the date twice this suggests modest take up, if they only needed the underwrite portion not sure they would drag/extend the date twice. Suggest underwriters will get lumped with far more shares than they will in fact want ...
Seems to be the problem they need to raise $575k to pay for their share of Odin ($175k) and Vali ($300k) + $100k to cover legal underwriting and costs of offer ....
$575k to pay for it all and only $375k of underwrite ..... they need Shareholders to stump up with $200k of the $375 offer to shareholders otherwise they wont be able to fund Vali ....
