I completely agree. I wonder if this was the presentation for the $750K con note just after the SPP call for money, or the two tranche issue for the 60,000,000 shares to the investor with the opportunity to manipulate the price of the second tranche. I guess we needn't have worried about that shareholder supposedly holding the share price down when these subsequent capital raising have done that very job for him.
