    in the investment presentation they mentioned reason for shortfall and explained. its US, sydney Metro and GAIL India.. sorry but seems like they are making it up. at one note they are saying GAIL India contract came because of conflict.. smart enough to forecast the conflict.

    How revenue Forecasting is done is big question. as they were projecting to become 100 Mil company i do not see this happening in near future.
