Yeh he’s done it multiple times, which is part of the regular lies. We all remember the period where the faithers were screaming “no CR” because “but but but goat said so” and then he proceeded to raise multiple times. He then comes out and says he will raise anytime he sees the chance.
Im assuming his thought process is that he should raise now because he’s burnt the CAP cash loan and investors have been sold a new dream with the APG deal, so investors are riled to be lured in and rinsed again. I’m sure if they do a CR they’d lure in a few suckers, a few months ago they wouldn’t have but the key is the new story. The new “big deal” and the EXPLOOSSSIVEEEEE GROWTH and gushing revenue that’s always just around the corner or “the next quarter”
Shares on issue here is huge. He will either raise at 4 or do a consolidation and then raise for that extra rinsing effect
