It might not be this week, but this does look to be setting up for an explosive breakout from a 2.5 year downtrend.
A solid finish to the month should see some more positive indicators start to appear on the monthly chart as well.
Would be good to see a continued rise into the quarterly, before a big rise on confirmed numbers and a new contract or two.
