The vision spin off is a real worry while still not clearly defined. We need to know exactly what the plan is to finance the proposed drugs to clinic and how that is going to be achieved through the vision spin off. Maybe they will offer pyc holders shares in vision in a raise?? Maybe they have plans in place that cover these concerns and do not dilute pyc shareholders ownership. Who knows.
As i mentioned, my feeling is great frustration that the first thing i believe could actually show success in human trials has already been moved out and packed separately from pyc main company. Pyc shares are taking off but for what, the current prize sits in the vision box not the pyc box? Clarification needed, at least for us long term holders. Maybe brokers have already been given this info and hence the reason for current buying???
