From a technology perspective;
On the eMite side, the interesting thing is the Amazon Connect piece. This is a new market opportunity and eMite is replicating what they are doing for Genesys in this new market.
Now that Snare and eMite are integrated together, there is an upsell to Centralised Log Management and reporting for existing Snare customers and a more competitive offering for new customers who need to report on the Snare Agent data.
