    Only thing that might explain it:

    someone selling these:
    "955,882 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow on 24 March 2016"

    and/or someone doesn't want these to be exercised
    "6,800,000 Options ($0.20, 31 December 2016)."

    besides that, one big WTF? from me
