Must be many sitting on the sidelines atm, waiting to see how markets react to the election result. Probably a lot of September dividend payments sitting in bank accounts, rather than invested in market. Doing what everyone else does and waiting to see what markets do is a sure fire way to miss the boat.

For XPE, I think volume should be the focus here, not SP. The lower the volume the weaker the signal, so declining SP in the face of low volume doesn't phase and should be expected.

Something else to consider is that volume should be expected to increase as price goes down because you can get more shares for your dollar, and conversely should be expected to decrease as the price goes up, because you get fewer shares for your dollar.
