To be honest I don't think insto's or brokers will touch this until WGL is receiving revenue for both products though they might start watching it. However, early progress on these fronts should get more investors on board as revenue starts to come in over coming months so perhaps we'll see some positive action in the next 6 months.
I agree that for the risk you're taking with owning this stock you'd rather wait for the big move up rather than trade a few pips.
