They say they don't log your data but you must abide by all laws locally and if you don't they can monitor, block, report or cancel your subscription. They say you may not use their service to do anything illegal like stream, download or disseminate copyrighted material or illegal material. How will they know that you're doing illegal things if they don't monitor? And how will they investigate breaches if they don't collect usage data? Both these claims are in the terms of service.
I'm sorry to tell you but how I see it, it's no better than wangle and it costs $12.99pm.
It's also illegal because it doesn't comply with our laws around meta data interception. In any case they do collect your address and other details that they share with 3rd parties.
