    I guess my point was majority of people are extremely happy with the app from a service delivery standpoint and both are complaining about areas that WGL do not operate in so for me that is a good sign.. if it was general tech issues and wide spread would be a diff story..

    GLTA - Feel this week will be the turning point for WGL/.
