I found this incredibly uninspiring actually, turning me away from a BUY today.
Apart from awareness that MYR is lacking in loyalty in an overwhelming majority of age groups, and that it's loyalty program is more mature than most - the only real take away I saw was an eye on expenditure (but then they talk about redesigning their stores from the ground up).
All I see is shuffling of chess pieces and no real strategy other than "look we're doing something".
