Hi Nccc, you are correct. This is what happened for KDR with SQM. SQM bought 50% (JV) for a bargain price but that gave KDR adequate capital and also improved SP tremendously. Then they got off take partners such Tesla, LG Chem & Mitsui. The rest is history.
A good PFS & positive outcome of sample are critical to at this stage to get reputed off take or JV partners and if these go as per plan then who knows LKE could be another KDR.
