I have to say and with a minor review, it doesn't look as bad as first thought.
Daily chart shows double top, break and re-test of uptrend, loss of moving averages and breaking down from tight Bollinger bands to test the 48 EMA.
It's almost too much bad news on the chart that it looks engineered.
The weekly shows a healthy pullback to the 8 EMA, a bounce off the 200 week MA, on lower volume.
