Have just started following this one. 4DS is the only ReRAM technology of its kind which is developing memory cells suitable for gigabyte storage- think cloud and mobile devices.

The development program is advanced and progress strong with significant achievements. Already demonstrated scalability.

This one is not a long-term hold- their stated strategy is to demonstrate viability and sell the IP to a major semiconductor player. No intention of commercialising the technology - this would take many years and significant investment.

Strong tech team with 3rd party validation from HGST, a serious global storage player.
