I came in late but generally the tone of the discussion was that the covid period had been difficult, some mistakes had been made regarding the purchase of low margin franchises but that key business metrics were now returning to pre-covid levels as evidenced by a stronger second half. This augured well for future profits also supported by a reduced need for capital expenditure.
