    The project back the envelope cal ~ NPV USD 250mil USD 500 margin 8% IRR AISC USD 1300 20 year life <- i believe is the utmost conservative. 3x just for this project and future expansion of resource? significantly undervalued and disclaimer i am holder and in the red
