Ah yes, the old “consolidation doesn’t destroy companies, bad fundamentals do” line. You’re not wrong — but let’s not act like a 20:1 reverse split magically fixes broken timelines, fading momentum, or investor fatigue.

Sure, a tighter SOI might clean up the optics and attract a few new eyes… if the underlying science delivers. But without clear trial results or commercial traction, it’s just a cosmetic fix.
This isn’t restructuring — it’s rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic while the band plays Don’t Stop Believin.
NEU bounced post-consolidation because they had progress. The split wasn’t the story — the data was.
