If you want to be revisionist go ahead but you didn't say it was highly unlikely, you said if there was news [relevant to the webinar a week away] they would have to disclose it right now. "There won't be any news, if they have news to share, they're obligated to release it right now and the webinar would be titled Q&A and announcement discussion. Or there wouldn't be a webinar and they'd just drop the data."
I also did not say that the interim data would be peer reviewed, or that data would be disclosed before the webinar.
