Yes the same thing is happenign there - that happened to PD1 vaxx + hervaxx years ago. They have spread themselves too thin and don't have the money to progress all the lines, all chips in on Azer cel.
What is frustrating, is that this happened several years ago, and they didn't learn the lesson, they continued to buy more assets to progress without considering the cost to further them.
