Market in small caps at the moment is only pay for what's delivered. I'm picking up plenty of bits and pieces where there is little downside risk with plenty to the upside. With KME, it seems like they understand the economics of the transition, it's just how quickly they can achieve it. The US stuff is a bit more risky, but they're being pretty cautious around it.
