Stonkholder why do you think VYS will not use all the accumulated tax losses during 2025? Seems likely to me as write offs from new capital spending should not be high, though we should know for sure when the annual accounts are released. VYS could of course take over a business with tax losses. BPP might be an option as it rents and maintains water pumping and power equipment. It has tax losses and is now profitable, with a market cap of only $15 million. There may be other better unlisted fits of course with tax losses.

Paying tax will certainly hit cash flow.
