Read the going concern note in the half year financials. Looks like they will have to sell off some PPE to cover their current liabilities. If they can get through the debt issues, it looks attractive. Operating business tracking well based on latest quarterly. Obviously, these guys are far inferior operators to VYS, but as valuation is good, its should trade up when people can see that the business is performing well and has reduced debt.
