However they have never added anything to the portfolio of businesses that didn't pay for itself within a short period and also add to the dynamic growth of existing areas of operation.
I can only guess this is a certain business they have in mind to acquire that isn't ready to be acquired yet.
Maybe the owner is adding value pre acquisition or the dynamics are not quite right for Vysarn just yet.
I can easily imagine an entity where family or partners are involved and maybe some dis agreement about moving forward or exiting ownership.
Musing on my part but most acquisitions have been amiable with vendors staying on to add to future profits and value as part of the deal.
